In the CloseOut app, you can track progress simultaneously through the Monitoring screen. On this screen, you can create a custom view for keeping track of sites from multiple projects, monitor the real-time progress on selected sites and projects, a number of required, pending, approved, N/A documents, and see the warning dot that is showing you that there is a need to take a closer look on specific site because the quality control or AI rejects something. 

You can customize the Monitoring view by using filters and different sorting orders. From the Monitoring view, you can access the sites you selected and proceed with your validation tasks.

How to add projects to the monitoring screen?

1. Log into Closeout as a user with appropriate permissions.

2. In the main menu, select Monitoring.

3. On the Monitoring screen click Edit/add more.

4. In the Edit List window, select the projects that you want to add to the Monitoring screen.
   Click > to choose sites from each project and click OK to save your selection.

 5. Once you create your selection, click Apply to create your monitoring view.
