The "New Tasks" module in CloseOut displays every photo in Pending status that has been uploaded to the projects and locations you are assigned to, allowing you to review and quickly accept or reject photos with just a few clicks. This makes it a simple and efficient way to stay up to date with recently uploaded files.

1. Log in to the CloseOut application.
2. In the main menu, go to New Tasks.
3. From the dropdown menu, select the project(s) you want to monitor.
4. Click on a photo to open it in the Control Panel, where you can then choose to Accept or Reject it.

If the image is Rejected, it is necessary to select one of the reasons for rejection and enter a reason or comment, so that field workers can correct the deficiencies. After entering the reason for rejection, the image submitter simultaneously receives a real-time notification along with the stated reason why the image was rejected, so they are informed about which deficiencies need to be corrected.
