You can monitor the work results and improve quality control and productivity by defining reports that contain a more detailed and intuitive graphical representation of productivity and user's work efficiency.
Reports can be created at the project level for individual users, groups of users, and at the level of a company engaged as a contractor. In this way, it is possible to monitor the quality of work performed at the level of construction companies, with the possibility of displaying the most common errors at the level of part of the structure of the work process.
Reports by projects and associated sites can show the exact number of documents sent for quality control and validation, the number of accepted and rejected documents per user or group of users.
Reports can only be seen by a user who has a system role - Admin
Types of reports:
1. Basic
Shows all projects on a tenant that had a change of documents (pictures) in the selected time period (it is possible to choose whether we want to see the number):
- Uploaded
- Accepted
- Rejected photographs)
The list shows only 9 projects with the largest number of changes, while all other projects are classified as "other."
Also, here we can change the view to see all the users instead of the projects and perform these actions on the documents in the selected time period.
2. Advanced
It shows all users that have made a change to one specifically selected project in a selected time period. We can also choose whether to see the number of uploaded, accepted or rejected photos.
3. Summary
Displays all photo statuses on selected projects over a period of time. We have the opportunity to select more projects for which we want to see summary reports, namely:
- All photo statuses
- Only uploaded
- Only caught
- Only rejected
Also, with this report, it is possible to see the same thing for selected users.
4. Advanced summary
Displays a report on the selected project and by selected users. First, we select the project and then the users we want to see. So, in this report, we see reports for all the users we have chosen to upload, retrieve or reject images on the selected project. (The difference compared to Advanced is that we don't have to see reports for all users on a project, but only for selected ones).
5. Validators report
Show how many documents (images) were accepted (i.e., how many documents the validator responded to) in the time period of 30, 60, 90,120, 200 minutes from the moment of their upload on the selected project (projects). Also, you can see how many documents were responded to on a weekly or monthly basis on the selected project. It is also possible to see how many documents the selected user responded to on all projects in certain time periods.
The reporting module is in continuous development, and new reports will be available in each subsequent software version.
