After your Admin created Placeholder Categories on a Tenant, you can assign them to a whole project, or to specific placeholders and folders in your project workflow.

If you want to set the same placeholder category on the whole project workflow do the following:

1. In the Administration tab select Templates

2. Select a project workflow on which you want to add a Placeholder category

3. On the upper right corner click on the Category icon

4. Click on "Set to all", choose a placeholder category that is created by the Administrator and save.

Delete

Info

You can also set a certain placeholder category on a folder level, or just on a single placeholder by hovering over that placeholder or folder and clicking on the Category icon on it.

5. If an option "Set to empty" is chosen, this will populate all placeholders without a defined placeholder category or single placeholders with the desired placeholder document.

6. Last option in the dropdown menu "Clear" will remove all document placeholders on the project workflow. The same can be done on a folder level. Also, a placeholder category can be removed from a single node by clicking on the edit icon.

Editing a Placeholder category

If you want to edit a placeholder category, you can do the following:

1. If replacement of all placeholder categories on a project workflow is needed, you can simply choose the "Set to all" option from a dropdown menu.

2. Same procedure can be used if the change is needed on a folder level

3. If you need to edit the placeholder category on a single placeholder, you can do so by clicking on the "Edit" icon and choosing a new placeholder category from a dropdown menu
