To edit an existing project workflow:
- Log into CloseOut.
- In the Administration tab, select Templates.
- In the drop-down menu select Project Workflows.
- Click the project workflow that you want to edit or create.
If you want to create a project workflow, you can do so by using the Import from another project or template or by creating an entirely new workflow.
Creating a new project workflow step by step
- On the right panel, click the + (Add node) button and select Folder.
- Enter the number of folders that you want to create and the name of the folder.
Note:
If you select more than one folder, the system automatically creates names for the other folders by adding the number (Folder-1, Folder-2, Folder-3...). You can edit the folder name later.
3. Click the + (Add node) button on the folder level, and select Photo placeholder.
4. Enter the photo placeholder details, and click Save.
You have now successfully created a workflow.
Creating a project workflow using Import from another project or template
- In the right pane, click Import and choose between Workflow Template and Project Workflows.
- Select the Template or workflow of the project from the list you want to use on the new project.
- Click Import.
