If you are an Admin on a system and you need to delete the site completely, you can do that even though it contains uploaded files.

1. Log in to the CloseOut web app.
2. Select Administration > Projects.
3. A list of projects is displayed. You can search for a project.
4. Click on the project, and the list of sites will be displayed.
5. Hover over the name of the site, and icons for editing and deleting will appear on the right side.
6. Click on the trash can icon and confirm if you are sure you want to delete an entire site, even though it contains data.
7. The sites and files uploaded to them will be permanently deleted.

If you want to delete multiple sites at once, you can do that by ticking the checkbox next to their names and clicking on the trash can icon in the top right corner, shown in the picture below.
