Available Notifications

  • New Site Added: Receive a notification when one or more new sites are created, either across all projects or only selected projects.
  • Site Closed: Receive a notification whenever a site is closed, across all projects or only selected projects.
  • Site Ready for Closure: Get notified when a site has met all requirements for closure (100% completion of required documentation placeholders).

Additional Configuration Options

  • Project Selection (Pencil Icon)

Clicking the pencil icon next to a notification allows you to define which projects the notification applies to. By default, notifications are set for all projects, but you can limit them to specific ones.

  • Notification Delivery Methods (Three Dots Menu)

Use the three dots menu to control how you receive notifications: Mobile push, Web push or E-mail.
