How to schedule live Live VQA?

To use Live VQA feature, you need to schedule the Live VQA session first. It's done through Work Scheduler, in many ways similarly as scheduling crews for work on the site.
1. Log into CloseOut.
2. Open Work Scheduler.
3. In the list, you will see all the projects where you have been assigned. Locate the project and then click on plus icon.

Another convenient way to schedule your Live VQA session is by expanding your project and clicking the plus sign next to the desired site. This will automatically open the scheduler with the site pre-selected, saving you time. You can also use this feature with dates by clicking the plus sign next to the desired date, which will open the scheduler and input the date directly.
4. Scheduler module will open.
- In the left panel, pick a site and click OK (this panel will contain site info if you have already selected site in step 3)
- Select Live VQA from Schedule type drop down.
- Select date or date range and time period, quality auditor who will do the call
- Add Job type and comment (optional)
- Select field crew users. You can also utilize Certificate rules here to help you find most suitable candidates for the job.
- Click "Save"
