In CloseOut, there are several types of sites available: Active, Closed and Suspended and the built-in site filters allow you to toggle views of each type when needed.

As documentation requirements for a site reach the 100 % level, site essentially becomes ready for acceptance by the customer, and the progress circle turns from percentage to a
.
The procedure for closing or suspending sites is similar, and it simply involves hovering the mouse over the site in question and clicking either on close site or suspend site, and then Confirm. If this was done more than once there will be an option for Closing history, which gives a log activity of site opening / closing history.
Note: Only roles with Administration - Projects permissions can perform these actions.
Important Note
Sites in “active” or “ready for acceptance” status allow you to still upload documents and perform Accept or Reject actions.
Sites in “closed” or “suspended” status DO NOT allow any upload or Accept or Reject actions, however the content can still be accessed.
It is a recommended best practice to close sites as soon as they are ready to close and not leave them in a “ready for acceptance” status for too long.
