Use the Control Panel screen to keep track of your projects and sites. At any time, you have an insight into the progress of your project and site work items.
Project
Within Control Panel, you can access any project assigned to your role. From this screen you can view:
- your assigned role
- uploaded documents
- the overall project progress is expressed as a percentage
- the number of blanks for documentation (gray), accepted (green), documents waiting for verification by quality control (blue), and NA folders and placeholders, ie elements that are not applicable in a particular case (purple);
You can sort projects alphabetically, in ascending or descending order.
You can assign a country and a tag to projects during creation or later through the edit option in Administration > Projects. You can search for projects based on these parameters. Click on the "country" or a "tag" icon to open the list, select the one you need and click Apply. If the projects are filtered by any of the parameters, that icon will be blue.
You can also make it easier to find projects by marking the projects you work on most often as favorites. To make the project your favorite, click on the "star" icon.
Site
Opening the project gives you access to all sites. A site defines the place where field technicians perform their work. Each site has a name and a code. Click the filter button to arrange the order of the sites based on the following criteria:
- A to Z - sort sites alphabetically
- Percentage - sort sites according to the percentage of the completed progress.
- Last activity - sort sites according to the last activity on it. Choose between default date range options or create a custom range.
- Rejected status - sort sites with rejected status first.
- Pending sites - sort sites with pending status first.
- Dynamic attributes - sort sites by dynamic attributes that you assigned to the project
- Site status filter - Filter sites based on their status.
For each site, you have several work items that you need to complete. You can view the current work status and the number of items for each site. Work items include:
- Photo placeholders - Field technicians upload images or videos to the photo placeholders required for the project.
- Documents - Documents include any type of PDF documents that are part of the project.
- Checklists- These include single or multiple-choice lists that you can create for field technicians.
When you open the site, you have access to all work items related to it, regardless of their status. From this screen, you can view all work items.
