When you are scheduled for Live Video Quality Audit (Live VQA), by default, you will be notified with push notification on your mobile device. Clicking on it will take you directly to the notification center in Closeout app.

Today’s scheduled Live VQA sessions will be listed in Main menu ➡️Video Call ➡️Live VQA tab.

You can see the the list of all todays scheduled sites, with time slots. By taping on pin icon on the right, next to a site name, you will navigate to Control Panel , opening the relevant site. By clicking on site name you can either review the workflow structure for the site scheduled for Live VQA or see meeting crew members. When time comes to join, click green “join meeting” button on the bottom.

When you join the meeting, your quality auditor will welcome you. Other crew members may also be present in the session. The quality auditor controls your camera, turning it on or off as needed once the call begins. You may need to wait for your turn.

When your camera is on and you’re “in the spotlight,” the quality auditor will guide you on where to point your camera while capturing videos or screenshots on their computer. You will serve as their eyes in the field. You will be able to switch to front or back camera, turn off your microphone, adjust volume, turn camera off/on, and hang up the call.

Live VQA sessions for any other day other than current day can be accessed via Scheduling module . Dates with scheduled session (Work or Live VQA) will always be marked with  the dot. Live VQA sessions are additionally highlighted with times in red, and red play icon in top right corner in the Control Panel.
