How to Approve Multiple Images

This page describes the process of approving multiple images within a location.
- Log into Closeout as a user with the project permissions.
- In the Control Panel screen choose your project and select a location from it.
- Opening a location gives you a number of placeholders. To validate the placeholder with images, choose the one with the camera icon.
- Click the checkbox next to an image to select it.
- Once you review the images, click the Validate button and select one of the following options:
Accept - The selected images meet the requirements of the project and it is included in the documentation.
Reject - The selected images don’t meet the requirements of the project and field technicians must provide a new image.
Not needed - The selected images are not required for the project.
6. Click Apply.
