In the CloseOut app, you can track project, site or milestone progress simultaneously through the Monitoring screen. On this screen, you can create a custom view for keeping track of sites from multiple projects, monitor the real-time progress on selected sites and projects, a number of required, pending, approved, N/A documents, and see the warning dot that is showing you that there is a need to take a closer look on specific site because the quality control or AI rejects something. 

You can customize the Monitoring view by using filters and different sorting orders. From the Monitoring view, you can access the sites you selected and proceed with your validation tasks.

How to add projects to the monitoring screen?

1. Log into Closeout as a user with appropriate permissions.

2. In the main menu, select Monitoring.

3. On the Monitoring screen click Edit/add more.

4. In the Edit List window, select the projects and or project sites that you want to add to the Monitoring screen.
   Click > to choose sites from each project and click OK to save your selection.

 5. Once you create your selection, click Apply to create your monitoring view.

In project monitoring view you can see overall project stats or if several project sites have been added, you can see the stats pertaining just to those sites. Clicking on the site will take you straight to the workflow of that site in Control panel. 

How to add milestones to the monitoring screen?

This process is identical to adding projects or sites, the only difference is that once you are in Monitoring module, you have to switch to Milestones view by clicking . Once in Milestone view mode the icon turns blue .

Clicking on Edit/add more, you select projects and or sites whose Milestones you want to monitor. Green means the milestone was achieved by planned target date, and Red that it was achieved after the planned date.
